Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Eurasia Supplies may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of verification issues, suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or other reasonable operational grounds. A confirmed order remains subject to successful payment where prepayment is required.

Pricing and stock availability

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts, and the final payable total are shown at checkout. Product prices, promotions, descriptions, and availability may change. If a material pricing or stock error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund any amount already collected.

Payment terms

Customers must use an available payment method and provide accurate payment information. Online payments may be processed by SSLCommerz or another authorized provider under that provider’s terms. An order may be held or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, incomplete, or cannot be verified.

Delivery conditions

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by address accuracy, customer availability, logistics coverage, weather, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. The customer must provide a complete serviceable address and inspect the package promptly after delivery.

Cancellation rules

Cancellation may be requested before processing or dispatch but is effective only after confirmation by Eurasia Supplies. Orders cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch or delivery, or after specially sourced or personalized items enter processing. Eligible cases then follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must review product details and the order summary, follow product usage and safety instructions, keep proof of purchase, provide reachable contact details, and promptly report delivery or product issues with supporting evidence.

Account and information accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate account, contact, delivery, billing, and order information and for protecting their login credentials. Activity performed through an account may be treated as authorized until Eurasia Supplies is notified of suspected misuse.

Website misuse restrictions

Users must not interfere with website security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; scrape or copy content unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders or reviews; abuse promotions; or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

Payment processors, logistics providers, analytics tools, advertisements, and linked external services operate under their own terms and policies. Eurasia Supplies is not responsible for an independent third party’s systems or conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eurasia Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delay, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Policy updates

Eurasia Supplies may update these terms and related policies when services, operations, or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
